Thanksgiving is Coming!

God has given us alot! We don't always think about it but He has blessed us in so many ways! Our class is sharing God's gifts to us with others! We are supporting our Church's Thanksgiving Basket Program! Please bring an item from the list below with you to class each week until Thanksgiving! It's OK to bring stuff from past week's too!

Oct. 28: Canned Goods!
Peas, carrots, corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, other good canned things!

Nov. 4:
Dry Goods!
Stuffing mix, jello, macaroni, puddings, other good boxed things!

Nov. 11:
Fresh food!
Squash, potatoes, onions, other non-spoiling vegetables!
Nov. 18:
Baked Goods!
Bread, biscuits, rolls, pastries, other good things!

Parents and Grandparents will have an opportunity to see what the children are learning at Celebration Station, held prior to the regular Sunday service on the 1st Sunday of each month. Celebration Station runs from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. They are a time to come together and celebrate the family of God. There will be sharings from our class, and special music from the "Kidz Choir". Birthdays and aniversaries will be acknowledged and there will be refreshments and fellowship with the students, teachers, parents and grandparents!

November, 2007

Lesson: Abraham’s Visitors (Genesis 18:1-19:29)
Worship Theme: God works in many ways
Memory Verse: And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.  Romans 8:28
